As a Technical Writer , you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports Precondo’s products, services, and processes. This role is ideal for someone who can simplify complex information into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, process manuals, and product descriptions.
  • Translate complex real estate and technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information.
  • Edit, proofread, and update content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Organize documentation in a logical, user-friendly structure.
  • Ensure all materials align with Precondo’s brand tone and style guidelines.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
