About The Role

INFLOW is seeking a Social Media Manager Assistant to support our marketing team in running and maintaining our Instagram page. This part-time, fully remote position is ideal for someone organized, creative, and familiar with fashion social media.

You’ll assist in daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement - ensuring our Instagram reflects the brand’s aesthetic and voice. This role focuses on routine execution, not strategy, but offers growth potential within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily Instagram Stories and occasional feed posts.
• Support content scheduling, caption writing, and post coordination.
• Participate in three short remote team meetings per week.
• Monitor engagement and report performance metrics.
• Help maintain consistency in visuals and tone of voice.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Experience managing or assisting with a fashion-related Instagram page (luxury, swimwear, or lifestyle preferred).
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Reliable communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable following brand direction and established guidelines.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with Canva, Later, or similar scheduling tools.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations or community management.

Compensation

• $14.50/hr for approx. 8 hours per week.
• Performance-based monthly bonuses for meeting engagement and growth KPIs.
• You are responsible for your own schedule.
