Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators)
• Assign and oversee projects to team members, monitor projects for timely completion, and ensure a high level of quality is met
• Coach, develop and mentor team members
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management / Project Management, preferably within the Cable Television industry.
• Strong Underground, Aerial and Fiber knowledge a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations a plus

Desired Qualifications:

• This job highly prefers Cable Television Construction Project Management experience.
• MSO Field Construction leadership / Project Management with a full understanding of Cable Television construction is a huge plus.

• You understand basic accounting principals
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
