About iQuanti

iQuanti is an independent performance marketing firm that delivers business results through data-driven digital strategies. With 300+ employees across hubs in Jersey City, Bangalore, and London, we serve ambitious brands seeking measurable performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI Designer to join our growing product design team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interface designs across our digital products. This role requires a strong grasp of visual design principles, interaction design, and consistency across platforms to help deliver seamless user experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring wireframes to life with pixel-perfect visuals that align with our brand and product vision..

Responsibilities

  • Translate UX wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design engaging and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability.
  • Work within and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and product teams to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.
  • Maintain and advocate for brand standards, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
  • Participate in design reviews, critique sessions, and iterative design processes.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI designer or in a similar digital product design role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, etc.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting and explaining design decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
  • Experience working with or building a design system.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • Experience working in agile or product development environments.

Salary: $80K - $110K/yr
