Showroom Manager - UTC

ROCHE BOBOIS , World Leader in the High-end furniture industry business with 260+ showrooms in more than 60 countries, is looking for a full-time Sales and Interior Design Consultant in UTC.

The Brand works closely with renowned Designers, Architects or Fashion houses such as Ora Ito, Marcel Wanders, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada or Missoni Home. Roche Bobois offers also one of the largest range of products in the high-end furniture market with the best of new technologies & materials together with fine craftsmanship from small European workshops.

The main responsibilities will be:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Business Development

• Develop the sales of the UTC showroom
• Be on house calls when required
• Know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing.)
• Assist the sale staff in following up with leads in a professional manner
• Manage sales and design team
• Ensure company sales technique and values are known and used in store
• Work on developing a network of designers and professionals outside the showroom
• Attend events and local gatherings to spread brand awareness

Factory Purchases Follow Up

• Work with logistics to follow up and track factory purchases
• Ensure sales team is providing all necessary information in the system

Customer’s Service

• Coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers
• Be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests
• Give resolution decision in timely manner

Merchandising

• Update the store tagging (Prices, special promotions, etc.) and Marketing store tools when needed
• Supervise the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies
• Report any store improvement needed to the general manager and assist on its resolution

Admin/Back Office

• Ensure payment reports and transactions inquiries are being addressed
• In charge of the store inventory accuracy and store binder
• Work with logistics to help contacting nonresponsive customers or push deliveries

Work Schedule = 5 days a week including weekends

Yearly Gross Salary Compensation range = $110,000-$140,000
