Senior Salesforce Developer

Profile: True Salesforce Developer.

Front end skill set with API development is helpful. But this team will look for SME within Salesforce - so Native dev kit/tooling to the CRM - API integration with the existing module.

Priorities :

• LWC - lightning web Component - strong experience with native UI development and integrations with native APEX (With this common HTML, CSS, JS skillset)
• Apex - native API / integrations
• Experience with Salesforce APIs , Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events

Nice to have :

-Modern FE framework - VUE.JS / React / Angular ***But Vanilla JS with the native Salesforce

Framework will be fine

-Java Spring - primarily for integrations

- API work external to what the salesforce platform natively provides

Interview Process : 2 rounds of interviews - First round will be technical panel - 1 hr in length 2nd round will be behavorial with HM and SL (Squad Lead **Product Owner for our terminology) **

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer

The Skills You Bring

• Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
• Proven experience with Force.com development platform
• Experience crafting Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events
• Knowledge of RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration
• Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
• Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX
• Proven experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements
• Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion
