School-Based Therapist

A School-Based Therapist needed in Big Rapids, MI.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range is $57,000 to $72,000
• Sign-on Bonus Available

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
• Full-time
• Will see 5–6 patients per day
• School Setting
• Age range 5-21 years old
• Collaboration with teams
• No weekends
• No on call
• Full support staff,
• Providing therapy, education, counseling, and treatment plans to patients
• Ability to be flexible, maintaining a rotating schedule between school-based setting and outpatient care setting.
• Outpatient therapy, Brief interventions, consultations, assessments, and follow-up services
• Comply with mandatory reporting requirements.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and settings
• Documentation in Electronic Health Records
• Engaging with families, parents, school personnel, and the community

Requirements

• Master's degree and limited/full licensure in counseling or social work. LMSW preferred
• 1-3 years experience in a behavioral health or substance use setting. CAADC preferred or willing to apply for a CAADC development plan once hired.
