Start your career as a Roofing Sales Representative, helping homeowners after storms and severe weather — guiding them through the insurance process and replacing damaged roofs with care and professionalism. [ Duties ]

• Meet with homeowners to assess storm damage and explain their options
• Help guide homeowners through the insurance claim process (training provided)
• Coordinate with leadership team for inspections, estimates, and project follow-up

[ Requirements ]

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus – but not required)
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for managing leads and documents
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a valid driver’s license

[ Details ]

• $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (base + commission)
• Extensive paid training – no experience needed
