Texas Outdoor Oasis is a premier pool, outdoor living and landscaping company dedicated to creating beautiful, functional, and enduring outdoor spaces. We are seeking a  talented Residential Landscape Designer to join our growing team and help bring our clients’ outdoor visions to life.

Position Overview

The Residential Landscape Designer will work closely with homeowners, sales staff, and installation teams to design customized landscapes. This role blends creativity, technical knowledge, and client communication to deliver exceptional landscape designs from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with residential clients to understand design goals, budgets, and site conditions
• Create detailed landscape designs, layouts, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to ensure design accuracy
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential landscape design
• Strong knowledge of plants suitable for Texas climates
• Proficiency in landscape design software (such as Structure Studios, AutoCAD, or similar programs)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Degree or certification in Landscape Architecture, Design, or a related field is a plus
