Must-Have Skills:
Experience : 4 to 8 years of hands-on development experience in full-stack or Shopify app development roles.
Frontend Technologies : Strong experience with Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Shopify Ecosystem: In-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform, including Shopify CLI, Liquid templating language, and Polaris (Shopify’s React component library).
Shopify APIs: Proficiency with Shopify Admin API and Storefront API for data interaction and application functionality.
Backend Development : Experience with Node.js and Express for building server-side applications.
API Integration : Proven ability to integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Authentication & Security: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, session management, and understanding of Shopify app authentication flows.
Databases : Working knowledge of databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Version Control & CI/CD: Strong version control using Git and practical experience with CI/CD
workflows.
Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agile Environment : Ability to thrive and contribute effectively within an agile team environment.
