- Contract Duration: 6 months | contract-to-hire
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
- Conversion Salary: $87,000 - $136,000
What you will do as a Quality Analyst Lead: - Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for complex Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Drive all aspects of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, UI, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the delivery process
- Provide leadership and guidance to automation specialists, reducing manual testing and catching issues early
- Manage defect tracking and resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Mentor and guide a team of 10–20 QA professionals, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements while tracking progress through dashboards and QA tools
- Introduce and leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
What you will bring to the Quality Analyst Lead role: - 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
- Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, especially within Salesforce environments
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum development practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and guide teams
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and QA in highly regulated industries such as health care or insurance
- Experience with performance and security testing tools
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
