Clayton Services is searching for a Proposal Coordinator to join a thriving engineering firm in Houston, Texas. The Proposal Coordinator will coordinate the proposal efforts to land critical projects for the firm.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $80,000-$95,000/year

Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours) or Part-time (Monday-Thursday, 32 hours) available. Flexible start time between (7:00-9:00 am).

Proposal Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of content and dynamic graphic designs for marketing and business development proposals.
• Foster seamless collaboration with both internal and external teams throughout the pursuit development process.
• Monitor bid opportunities, actively participate in pre-bid meetings, and offer invaluable support in pursuit endeavors.
• Capture management, resourcing job opportunities -commercial, government, and private
• Champion the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's overarching content strategy.
• Play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation and production of engaging online and offline marketing materials.
• Exemplify outstanding writing skills, consistently embodying the company's tone and mission in all communication.
• Other duties as assigned.

Proposal Coordinator Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation.
• Ability to create aligned, aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text.
• Ability to successfully work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced work environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of MS Publisher

Proposal Coordinator Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Journalism, or English.
• Previous experience as a proposal coordinator in an engineering or architecture firm is required.
• Previous experience working with SAM.gov and Standard Form 330 is required.
