Job Description

A nationally recognized general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to support civil construction projects based out of Denver, CO. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career project managers looking to grow with a top-tier builder that self-performs sitework, utilities, and concrete scopes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects
  • Support subcontractor and vendor management, from procurement through closeout
  • Track project costs, budgets, and schedules with the support of senior PMs and field teams
  • Maintain documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to ensure daily field operations align with project goals
  • Participate in client meetings and internal coordination sessions
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project punch list tracking
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team development

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of project management or project engineering experience in heavy civil or site development
  • Experience with earthwork, utilities, concrete, and/or horizontal construction preferred
  • Familiar with construction documents, cost tracking, and project scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and Bluebeam a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO
