Job Description:

Skills Looking For:

• The role involves working on intricate, high-precision products that require careful manual assembly under a microscope.
• The work is detailed, requiring dexterity and attention to fine details rather than large-scale physical labor.
• Experience with manual assembly, particularly with microscope use.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Hand soldering experience is a plus.
• Data entry and documentation experience (manual or electronic).

Industry or Background Preferences:

• Preference for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Construction and warehouse backgrounds may not be a good fit unless candidates show adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Experience in medical devices is not required but is beneficial.

Education and Level of Experience:

• No diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar hands-on roles is preferred.
• Candidates with no experience but a strong willingness to learn will be considered.
