Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create and Maintain T&A for each category
• Data entry for team as needed
• CTL – Testing submissions for each phase (lab dip, shade band, pps, top)
• Create/maintain CTL library of all submits, reports and swatches.
• Review/Prepare Pre production samples and TOP samples for Walmart PD approval comments
• Item Creation through 1 World Sync (data pool)
• Supplier Quotes through Retail Link (step 2 of item creation)
• Create/Order Trims packaging for vendors for all categories. This will include reviewing/approving the context
• Maintain Supplier Profile in system. This includes setting up new factories, checking for next audit assessment dates etc.

Required qualifications:

• Great attention to detail.
• Must have strong product knowledge.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database administration.
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communicational skills.
• Have a distinctive feeling for fashion.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous Production experience is a plus.
