The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking/packing, outbound shipments, and quality checks.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance direction.
• Optimize workflows and warehouse layout to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and strong operational controls.
• Utilize warehouse systems and technology (Microsoft Office; WMS; NetSuite/RF Smart a plus) to track performance and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain a clean and audit-ready warehouse environment, and lead safety initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QC and operations leadership to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.
