Job Title: Power Platform Developer/Admin
Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Power Platform Administrator manages and oversees Carnival Corporation's Power Platform globally. This role involves creating and enforcing policies and procedures regarding Power Platform usage, assisting in solution architecture, consulting with internal teams on Microsoft AI solutions, and promoting the adoption and ongoing utilization of the Power Platform across the organization. The Power Platform Administrator will work closely with the Global Technology Services Department, the M365 Collaboration Services team, and the Power Platform Working Group to ensure positive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Power Platform and a strong understanding of business intelligence analytical reporting.
Key Accountabilities / Job Functions:
Scope: The role will be responsible for the global administration and governance of Power Platform and Power BI, impacting shore and fleet operations.
Problem-solving: The role will require complex problem-solving and the ability to assess the needs of various OPCOs and assist them in designing economical solutions that follow good tech and business practices, are sustainable, scalable (both for OPCOs and globally), and are financially responsible within the licensing framework.
Impact: The role significantly impacts the business by reducing administrative tasks, increasing control documentation, and freeing analytical resources for more valuable tasks.
Leadership: Involves policy setting, design consultation, and technical assistance, with accountability to the Power Platform Manager and Corporate Senior Director, Advanced Analytics and Data Platforms.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
