Operating Room Staff RN – Outpatient Surgery Center

Location: Fayetteville, GA

Schedule: Full-Time | 4x10s or 5x8s Available

About the Surgery Center

• 4+ dedicated operating room suites
• Over 150 surgical cases monthly
• Diverse case mix, including:
• Total Joint Replacements (Hip & Knee)
• Orthopedic Sports Medicine
• ENT, GYN, Urology, Plastics
• Cataracts, GI, and General Surgery
• Known for a supportive team environment, streamlined processes, and exceptional clinical outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in Georgia (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience (ambulatory or hospital-based)
• BSN preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team-based mindset
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving OR setting
