Attending Psychiatrist – Full-Time (Onsite)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time, onsite Attending role in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a long-term 1099 opportunity offering a stable schedule, strong clinical support, and a manageable caseload.

Compensation:

~$445,000 – $500,000+ annually (based on full-time hours)

Malpractice insurance provided

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Some weekends and federal holidays on rotation

Practice Setting:

• Adult psychiatry
• Mix of outpatient care, consults, and occasional inpatient rounding
• Average caseload: 10–13 patients per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Psychotherapy and treatment planning
• Consultations as needed
• Participation in multidisciplinary treatment teams

Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active, unrestricted medical license (any U.S. state accepted)
• Active DEA
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
