Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing all phases of mechanical maintenance throughout the plant, including preventative, corrective, and emergency repairs. The technician will work closely with both the mechanical and electrical maintenance operations teams to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Conduct routine inspections and lubrication rounds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and document findings.
• Follow all safety protocols including LO/TO and confined space procedures.
• Respond to emergency repairs and participate in on-call rotation.
• Utilize both hydraulic and pneumatic tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and manuals.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
