Job Description

Overview

Provide support to attorneys across several practice groups.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Help with some accounting functions including billing and payroll
  • Manage and update client contact database
  • Other various administrative projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related administrative experience
  • Bookkeeping experience a strong plus
  • Willingness/ability to work onsite in Stamford, CT
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and follow up with tasks
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Document management software
  • A willingness and ability to learn and to support others
