Job Description

Our client is looking for a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join their team and support multiple brands. This position focuses on creating impactful designs for both print and digital materials. (Engineering/Industrial Manufacturing related)

  • Anticipate $60-$70K+, BOE
  • Prefer past Graphic Design experience related to Engineering/Construction (Industrial Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all designs align with brand-specific styles and marketing guidelines.
  • Produce engaging graphics for print and digital formats while adhering to accessibility standards (compliance standards)
  • Understand project visual needs and create sketches, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate ideas.
  • Combine photography, illustrations, and text to design layouts for various projects.
  • Work on a range of materials, including logos, brochures, and infographics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design/Development, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in graphic design, publication layout, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in HTML to create visually engaging digital content and ensure seamless integration on web platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency and familiarity with file-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, experience with virtual collaboration tools.
  • High level of accuracy in design work.
  • Ability to manage various projects while remaining organized.
  • Initiative to work independently and deliver quality results.
  • Quick learner of new tools and technologies.
