Job Description

We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to join our founding team. This is a junior-to-mid-level role (3–5 years of experience) where you’ll help us scale the infrastructure that powers our real-time analytics engine.

You’ll work on GoLang-based systems that process telemetry at scale, including ingestion pipelines, anomaly detection engines, and graph databases. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and contribute to shipping production systems used by engineers at fast-moving companies.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in GoLang and a strong grasp of software design fundamentals
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, or real-time data pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Kafka, gRPC, PostgreSQL, or Redis is a plus
• Bonus: exposure to observability, tracing, or telemetry stacks
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days/week in our East Bay office
