The HR Engagement and Retention Specialist will work to help establish ABG as the employer of choice by implementing employee engagement strategies; promoting the ABG culture, value and brand; and by creating an exceptional and inclusive employee experience. Under the guidance of the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Business Partner and working closely with Operations Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs, this role will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain programs, policies, and practices focused on retention, onboarding, orientation, and training.
