If you’re a skilled, motivated electrician who takes pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship — and you’re tired of chasing side work or worrying about your next job — this is your opportunity to thrive.

At Keil Electric, we handle the marketing, the scheduling, and the sales — so you can focus entirely on what you do best: installing, wiring, troubleshooting, and delivering flawless electrical work.

We’re a fast-growing, modern electrical company that rewards skill and consistency. You’ll work on a steady flow of high-quality residential and small commercial projects, supported by a strong operations and logistics team.

$80K–$150K+ annual potential (10% of every job you complete)

All materials and tools supported by our operations team

Minimal paperwork — we handle quoting, scheduling, and customer management

Opportunity to move into lead technician or crew lead roles as we grow

A team culture that values accountability, professionalism, and pride in the craft

What You’ll Do

Execute residential and small commercial electrical jobs sold by our sales team

Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades safely and efficiently

Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards

Communicate professionally with customers on-site and represent the company well

Coordinate with project managers and operations to ensure smooth job completion

Track time, materials, and job details using our modern field app

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to professional standards

What You Bring

Proven residential electrical experience (required)

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Valid electrician certification and licensing

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after ramp-up)

Performance Expectations

Complete $20,000–$30,000+ in quality electrical work per week

Deliver consistent, code-compliant results with high customer satisfaction

Coordinate efficiently with sales and operations to maintain project flow

Our Core Values

Learners Are Earners – We invest in our craft and in personal growth
