Job Description

A leading food manufacturing company is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, including inventory control, shipping, and product movement. This role ensures accurate tracking, zero inventory loss, and proper product labeling. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse staff with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager:

• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and best practices to ensure GMP compliance and effective inventory control.
• Manage physical inventory processes, including preparation, execution, and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of goods using lot numbers, bin codes, and expiration dates.
• Maintain warehouse layout, equipment, and security protocols to safeguard inventory and optimize space.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Management preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience; food-grade or perishable goods background is a plus.
• Strong leadership in inventory process development and team management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and presenting to executive teams.
