Innova Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented communications and technical writing interns to support our lead Marketing Communications Manager. This position is ideal for college students with a passion for writing, strong attention to detail, and an interest in IT and technology solutions. As an intern, you will help create and refine various types of marketing content, including white papers, press releases, blog posts, social media copy, and more. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a global team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in writing and editing marketing communication assets, including white papers, blog posts, press releases, web pages, and social media content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with company goals and audience needs.
• Support the development of technical documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
• Contribute to research for content creation on IT and technology topics.
• Work with global teams to ensure consistency in brand personality and voice.
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a college or university, ideally in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Strong English writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner
• Interest in IT and technology solutions is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Pay Range: $13.00-$15.00 per hour.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
