Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter for a six-month contract role. This role is 100% onsite (Queens- Long Island border), close to LIRR.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Recruit for a variety of positions (construction project managers, building managers, corporate positions, etc)
Collaborate with hiring managers to update job descriptions.
Adapt hiring strategies to market trends and conditions.
Optimize recruitment tools (ATS, job boards) for efficient outcomes.
Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Build external partnerships and represent the company at events.
Strengthen the company’s online employer brand in partnership with marketing.
Conduct candidate references prior to offers.
Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

5–7 years of recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ATS System(s).
Adaptable, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines.
