The Role: Commercial Real Estate Agent

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent with VerdadCRES™, you'll have the opportunity to:

Requirements:

• Current Florida Sales Associate, Broker, or Broker Associate license (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment).
• Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or related field experience.
• Proficiency in property research, analysis, and evaluation.
• Competency in financial aspects of property analysis and underwriting.
• Exceptional communication skills for consulting clients on real estate investment strategies.
