What your future day will look like:

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals, providing tailored solutions, and educating them on relevant products and services.
• Address and resolve account, service, or transaction issues.
• Promote and cross-sell appropriate financial products to meet member needs and contribute to branch sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery, maintain a supportive work environment, and uphold security and compliance standards.
• Participate in fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and community outreach efforts.

Type: Temp to Hire

• Ability to pass background check and credit check
• 2 years of experience in banking
