Job Summary: Brad Deery Motors Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in Maquoketa, Iowa. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The role involves repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional auto body repair services. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $20 to $30 per hour and will be paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services. Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore damaged vehicles using various tools and techniques
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess the extent of damage and create a detailed repair plan
• Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones
• Repair dents, scratches, and other imperfections on vehicle surfaces
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
• Utilize computerized systems to track progress and ensure accurate repairs
• Communicate with customers and provide updates on repair progress
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have own set of tools
