Overview

Herold & Sager is seeking an attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join its Encinitas, California office.

Herold & Sager specializes in insurance coverage, complex legal disputes, and business transactions, providing outstanding advisory and litigation services to national and international clients. Since 2002, we have built longstanding relationships with our insurance industry and corporate clients based on our ability to consistently provide superior legal counsel in some of the most complex and challenging matters nationwide. Our attorneys have an exceptional track record of obtaining favorable results at trial and through dozens of published and unpublished decisions that have shaped the landscape of insurance law across the country.

Preferred candidates will have the following skills:

· Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

· An interest in insurance coverage

· State and federal court litigation experience

· Strong academic background

· Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

The annual billable requirement for this position is 1800 hours.

Annual Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
