Prior experience in multifamily settings
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs in apartment units
Assist with overseeing maintenance staff as needed

Qualifications
HVAC certification required
EPA and CPO certifications preferred
Previous experience in apartment maintenance or related fields

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) preferred
Technical certifications in HVAC or related fields

Experience Requirements
Prior experience in multifamily maintenance is preferred
Proven track record of successful maintenance work in an apartment environment
