Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality neuro acute care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide patient- and family-centered care with clear communication and education
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance standards
• Participate in professional development, education, and competency requirements
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and support team-based care delivery
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered neuro care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in bedside reporting
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and participate in shared governance

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years direct patient care nursing experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
