• Experience in customer service or customer facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on weekends *essential - this role is Saturday + Sunday each week

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome + greet guests into space.
• Manage phone calls, texts and and emails during business hours.
• Assist stylist by setting up bridal suites prior to each appointment with bride’s gown selection, bringing new styles to bridal suites upon request, prepping gowns for pick ups.
• Wear many hats - as a small, tight-knit team, we all do a bit of everything! Must be excited and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Handles day-to-day store tasks, including but not limited to: tagging, steaming, and managing inbound and outbound shipping, keeping store organized.
• Proficient and confident in opening and closing the store.
