Bring your skills to this new warehouse role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading food production company located near Princeton, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Warehouse Supervisor role on the 2nd shift. Compensation for this temp-to-hire hire opportunity is $45,000-52,000 per year plus OT. Interested? What a Warehouse Supervisor will do:

• Supervise the Loading team
• Ensure team is picking, loading, and rotating product correctly
• Coach employees on errors or performance issues, including pick or scanning errors
• Train and develop employees' skills
• Ensure donations are sent out
• Crush cardboard, make boxes, remove labels, clean, etc.
• Monitor product returns
• Evaluate each day's promos, fundraisers, and truck routes that need to be loaded
• When trucks are available, coordinate loading
• Communicate with fleet manager/distribution manager on route or truck changes
• Stock count trucks on a continuous basis
• Fill in for truck pick sheet coordinator when needed
• Complete nightly freezer inventory check

What you need to be a Warehouse Supervisor:

• 2+ years of experience in a lead or management role
• 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Ability to operate and train others on a variety of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills
