Job Description

Our client, a top retailer in  Foothill Ranch, CA, is looking for a UX RESEARCHER!

Responsibilities:

• UX Research role for physical product, not digital. 
• Designing products with the end-user in mind.
• Thinking about how our customers are going to use our products helps us to create a more useful design.
• There are various methods for establishing what designs people want, including collecting data and ideas from the target user.
• You will research brands, culture, products, and marketing.
• You will conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including fields tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user's needs.
• Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence. Collab with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.

Primary tasks:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan research initiatives
• Define research goals
• Define workstream plan and timeline
• Deploying the right research methods
• Collecting data and performing interviews
• Synthesize data
• Storytelling and influencing with your insights

Qualifications:

• Degree in related field
