The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in  Life Sciences or Engineering and five (5) years of exposure to Project Services activities within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Experience in:
  • TOPs for project Systems and Equipments
  • Regulated Industry (Pharmaceutical)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead the development, tracking, and delivery of Turn Over Packages (TOPs) for all project systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with construction, CQV, and documentation teams to ensure timely and complete handover of systems.
• Maintain accurate records of system status, punch list items, and documentation readiness.
• Ensure all turnover documentation complies with project quality standards and regulatory expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for TOP-related activities during FAT, SAT, and commissioning phases.
