Position: Travel Agent - Luxury Cruises

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 base plus commission ($75k - $100k OTE)

Location: Downtown Orlando, 32801 but with flexible working available after six months

Are you an experienced luxury cruise specialist who thrives on deep conversations, curating dream vacations, and building genuine relationships?

We're hiring Cruise Connoisseurs for a luxury travel company that’s making waves across the industry — not just for record-breaking performance, but for doing things differently.

Since launching the Orlando office in May last year, the team has gone from strength to strength. One Cruise Connoisseur recently smashed a new booking record. Others have praised how this company values  quality over quantity — no conveyor-belt selling, no rigid call times, no call centre buzzwords. Just thoughtful, one-on-one conversations (sometimes lasting an hour or more!) with customers who genuinely want a high-end cruise experience.

This is a business that’s redefining excellence in travel — and the industry is noticing. They keep winning awards, not just for performance but for the way they operate. Here, it’s about relationships, repeat business, and giving every customer an unforgettable experience — not just a quick sale.

And that ethos extends to how they treat their people too.

What You’ll Get:

• $40,000 starting salary , rising as your sales grow:
• $42,500 once you hit $100k in sales for 3 consecutive months
• $45,000 once you hit $150k in sales for 3 consecutive months
• Uncapped commission
• Year 1 OTE: $50k–$60k (some earned $18k in commission with no repeat business)
• Year 2 OTE: $60k–$75k+
• Year 3+ OTE: $75k–$100k+
• 28 days’ vacation + 5 sick days (from Day 1!)
• $150 per paycheck towards health insurance
• 401(k) with company match (details coming soon)
• Cruise travel concession allowance starting at $250/year and rising annually
• Hybrid working available after 6 months of in-office onboarding and support
• Lots of training, support, and familiarization trips to deepen your product knowledge

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating unforgettable luxury cruise experiences across ocean, river, and expedition categories
• Managing inbound leads — no cold calling, just warm conversations with people who love to travel
• Handling the full sales process: consult, quote, book, and follow up
• Building lasting relationships that bring customers back year after year
• Keeping your product knowledge fresh with the latest training and supplier updates

Who You Are:

• A proven luxury cruise sales expert with  at least 1 year of high-end cruise experience
• Passionate about premium travel and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Confident speaking with customers for 30–60 minutes to understand what really matters to them
• Results-driven, motivated, and excited by the chance to earn $75k–$100k+
• Someone who appreciates a relaxed, supportive environment — and wants a career, not just a job
