Tradeshow Class A Truck Driver

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Class A Truck Driver to join our hardworking team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the excitement of the tradeshow industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in safe and efficient transportation. The driver will be responsible for operating company tractor-trailers, sprinter vans, and other vehicles while assisting with warehouse operations and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation & Logistics:

• Safely drive Class A commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up equipment, freight, and materials for tradeshows and events.
• Assist in loading and unloading company equipment at both warehouse and show site locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of professionalism on the road and at event venues.

Warehouse & Event Support:

• Organize and prepare inventory for upcoming tradeshows and events.
• Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials to exhibitor representatives.
• Assist with tradeshow setup and dismantle , working closely with the operations team.
• Maintain organization within the company warehouse to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours , including nights, weekends, and extended travel as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Goal-oriented and adaptable to meet the needs of the Operations Manager.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Prior warehouse experience (willing to train the right candidate).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Bonus: Previous experience in tradeshows, event planning, or logistics.
