Tech + AI Specialist
We’re not looking for someone who likes AI.
We’re looking for someone who lives it.
Someone who’s already running AI agents, testing new tools, and doesn’t need hand-holding to understand how they can be installed into an actual business — not just for fun, but for profit .
You’ll work inside The Entrepreneur Factory , alongside Matt Morse and the Kaifect team — launching and optimizing real online businesses using smart systems, intelligent automation, and rapid implementation.
This role is a fusion of tech ops + AI deployment with a mission to simplify, systematize, and supercharge everything across our internal companies and our clients’ brands.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Must-Haves:
• Deep understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AutoGPT, n8n, open-source agents, and beyond)
• Experience deploying and optimizing AI in real-world business settings (not just theory)
• Competent in web tech : funnels, websites, webinar platforms, CRM integrations, automation tools
• Fast learner with high adaptability!
• Capable of managing multiple projects while staying organized and proactive
• Local to Franklin, TN, and committed to being in-office 4+ days/week
• Must love solving problems, making things work, and doing it fast
