Kansas City Psychiatry Partners (KCPP) is a premier clinic specializing in treatment-resistant depression. We are dedicated to providing innovative and compassionate mental health care. Led by Dr. Irfan Handoo, a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in Deep TMS, IV Ketamine treatments, and Spravato, KCPP ensures personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. KCPP is the Kansas City area’s largest TMS and Ketamine provider and recently moved into a new 6000 square foot office in Overland Park.

Our TMS and Spravato programs are growing, and we are looking to add a compassionate individual to our team who is highly organized, has experience working in health care or mental health care, and can work both independently and with a team. For more information, please visit 

Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $24-25 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide care for Spravato patients, including preparing the patient for treatment, taking all required vital signs, communicating with providers, and monitoring patients during treatment (training provided)

· Prepare patients for TMS treatment per provider specifications

· Document appointments through the electronic health record (EHR) - KCPP uses NextGen EHR Behavioral Health Suite - Ranked the #1 best in KLAS Behavioral Health EHR in the US

· Schedule/cancel/reschedule patients for treatment

· -Organize and communicate with pharmacies to ensure necessary supplies are available for scheduled treatments

· Communicate with providers and team members to ensure excellent patient care

· Monitor phones and email for messages from patients

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in medical field, or as an EMT/paramedic, or in a behavioral health clinic required

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field preferred.

· CPR certified preferred

· Ability to multitask as the position requires both administrative skills in addition to clinical skills

· Strong preference for highly organized individuals

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Computer efficiency and familiarity

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
