Job Description

• Provides direct speech therapy rehab care based on physician referrals, adhering to legal and organizational standards.
• Requires a graduate degree (MS/MA) in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, and active state licensure.
• Preferred one year post-acute care experience; CPR certification is required upon hire.
• Participates in community health projects, maintains proficiency in Microsoft Office, and collaborates with patients and families to meet needs.
• Performs assessments, sets goals, documents appropriately, and follows therapy plans under supervision if in CFY.
• Ensures patient safety, confidentiality, and complies with policies; exhibits professionalism and teamwork.
• Requires good communication, physical mobility, and dependable attendance.
