Seeking a MAC Coordinator / Space Planning Support contractor to assist the EMR Space Planning team in delivering occupancy and space solutions for Americas offices, including corporate headquarters. Focus areas include coordinating Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC), maintaining accurate occupancy data, and supporting space planning initiatives.
This role supports day-to-day workplace operations by ensuring smooth execution of MAC activities and accurate occupancy data. It is key to enabling effective hybrid work environments and provides opportunities for growth within corporate real estate and space planning.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate MAC requests, including scheduling, communication, and onsite move support.
• Maintain accurate occupancy and seating data in IWMS/CAFM systems.
• Support space planners with data gathering, floor plan updates, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain occupancy reports, move logs, and dashboards.
• Assist in move execution, vendor coordination, and post-move validations.
• Support development of block plans, test fits, and space utilization studies.
• Serve as point of contact for employees during move activities and resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements for MAC and space management.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, or space planning.
• Prior MAC coordination or facilities move experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; IWMS/CAFM experience (e.g., Archi bus, TRIRIGA, FM: Systems) preferred.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge or ability to read floor plans a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal teams and vendors.
