Meet the challenge

We are looking for a Shipping Supervisor deliver extraordinary experiences for our clients in Seattle, Washington.

Educational Requirements:

• High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Operations and Inventory Control.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and previous ERP experience.
• Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.

Experience:

• Reception of materials coming from the supplier or repair house for reshipment to Mexico, likewise receiving materials sent from MEX to Seattle.
• Shipping materials to MEX on flights operated by Grupo Aeromexico preferably or other air options.
• Classify materials received by comparing physical materials against supplier's shipping documents,
• Detect shipping errors (short shipments, over shipments, missing shipping documents and technical documents).
• Prioritize materials according to urgency for timely shipment to final destination point.
• Notify supervisor of shortages and/or damaged shipments, take pictures and document incidents to send reports to Mexico.
• Ensure that all materials received during the day are shipped on the closest flight to the final destination.
