What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years managing large-scale landscape construction projects ($250K+) , leading diverse crews, and using project management platforms.
• Deep knowledge of landscape/hardscape techniques, OSHA 10/30 familiarity, and a resilient, proactive builder’s mentality.
• Bachelor’s in Landscaping, Construction Management or equivalent;

What You’ll Do:

Lead crews, manage sites, and build scalable systems to drive excellence and growth.

• Project Execution : Oversee 3–5+ crews, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality exceed expectations.
• Team & Site Leadership : Mentor managers, ensure safety, and coordinate job sites issues with proactive solutions.
• Strategic Operations : Design efficient processes, track costs, and shape the division’s future.
