Sr Level Project Manager

(Contract | Hybrid – Cupertino)

40 hrs a week, 1 year long contract

$95/hr (w2, eligible for benefits)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the growth of subscription -based digital services. This role will manage end-to-end campaign and feature launches, working closely with product, engineering, analytics, operations, and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Drive planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product initiatives
• work with product and engineering teams on new features
• Align priorities and workflows across global cross-functional teams
• Track project performance, provide clear reporting, and support leadership decision-making
• Improve collaboration processes and tools to streamline execution

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of project management experience in marketing, digital services, or tech
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Strong communicator with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Proven success driving alignment across product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams
