The Role

Lead high-profile construction projects ($10M-$100M+) from concept to completion. You'll manage project teams, develop schedules, oversee budgets, and build relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules and drive on-time, on-budget delivery
Lead cross-functional project teams and support field superintendents
Develop client relationships and support business growth
Handle contract administration, permits, and project closeout
Maintain financial oversight including change order management

What You Need

Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in construction project management with Design-Build emphasis
Specialties: Data Centers, Healthcare, Pharma, Cold Storage, and/or Medium-Large Manufacturing
Skills: Strong technical background, excellent communication, ability to influence stakeholders
Travel: Willingness to travel preferred
