Role You Will Play:
In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the pre-construction and estimating process for commercial design-build projects throughout Central Florida; from initial concept through final contract award. You will take ownership of developing detailed budgets, managing bids, and partnering closely with clients, architects, and trade partners to ensure every project delivers accuracy, efficiency, and maximum value. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial estimating experience on projects ranging from $3M–$20M, a strong understanding of the design-build process, and well-established relationships within the local subcontractor and vendor community.
