Our client in Woodbridge, New Jersey, is looking for a Recruiter to join their team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding exceptional candidates!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft effective talent strategies.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate reporting metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the yearly pay range is estimated to be $60000 - $95,000, and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401k +match and PTO.
